Pokémon 30th Anniversary

A week-long event for the 30th anniversary of Pokémon, from 3 to 9 March, centred on Pokémon first discovered in Kanto: they appear in the wild, Ditto take on new disguises, and Pikachu wearing Red's or Leaf's hat appears in raids alongside the Kanto starters' final evolutions. A free GO Pass offers an encounter with Mewtwo and, with Deluxe, the Legendary birds. From 7 to 9 March, the All Out weekend brings back almost every Pokémon that has appeared in the game.

• Event Field Research tasks rewarding Rare Candy, a Silver Pinap Berry or a Golden Razz Berry

GO Pass

Rewards must be claimed by 15 March at 19:59 local time. From 7 March at 00:00 to 9 March at 19:59 there is no daily limit on GO Points, and bonus tasks are added during the event.

• 2× XP for catching Pokémon (3× with Deluxe)
