Pokémon GO's partnership with the National Trust brings PokéStops, Gyms and Routes to National Trust sites in England, Wales and Northern Ireland from 18 July to 31 December. At 27 of these sites you can do local Timed Research for Treecko, Grovyle and Sceptile, and raid for regional one-star bosses, all with that site's Location Background. Players who can't get to a site can still do a Timed Research open to the whole of England, Wales and Northern Ireland. Some sites charge for entry.
Event bonuses
- PokéStops and Gyms at 140 National Trust sites, plus Routes to explore
- One-star raids at the 27 participating sites, with the boss depending on the region: Hoppip in London and the South East, Sewaddle in the Midlands and East of England, Pineco in the North and Northern Ireland, Seedot in the South West and Wales
- Pokémon caught from these raids have the site's Location Background
- Local Timed Research at each participating site, with encounters with Treecko, Grovyle and Sceptile that have the site's Location Background
- Timed Research at the sites, with new tasks and rewards each month from July to September
- Timed Research for all players in England, Wales and Northern Ireland, whether or not they visit a site
