Dancing in The Moonlight

A Clefairy-themed event for players in parts of East and South-East Asia, running from 23 to 28 September. Four times a day, Clefairy, some with a special background, and other moon-themed Pokémon briefly appear in large numbers, so it is worth playing at those times. Two consecutive Timed Research stories reward encounters with Clefairy with a special background, Lunatone and others.

Event bonuses

• 2× XP for catching Pokémon
• Moonlight O'Clock: Clefairy (some with a special background), Jigglypuff, Teddiursa, Skitty, Munna and Bunnelby appear in large numbers in the wild for five minutes at 12:00, 13:00, 19:00 and 20:00 each day
• Two Timed Research stories, done in order, rewarding XP, Stardust and encounters with Clefairy with a special background, Teddiursa, Skitty, Bunnelby and Lunatone; the first must be finished by 29 September, and rewards must be claimed within three days of receiving them
