The event has now finished.

The closing event of the Tales of Transformation season runs from 25 to 30 November and brings Keldeo's Resolute Form to Pokémon GO for the first time. You unlock it through the last part of the season's Special Research. Shiny Keldeo also debuts through a paid Masterwork Research, and Hitmonlee, Hitmonchan and Hitmontop are worth hunting in the wild for their boosted shiny odds.

Event bonuses

  • Final part of the Tales of Transformation Special Research unlocks at the start of the event: spend 50 Keldeo Candy to change Keldeo to its Resolute Form (claim the story by 2 December at 10:00)
  • Resolute Form Keldeo learns the Charged Attack Secret Sword (70 power in Trainer Battles, 120 in Gyms and raids)
  • Up to two free Raid Passes from spinning Gym Photo Discs
  • Increased shiny chance for Hitmonlee, Hitmonchan and Hitmontop
  • Event Field Research, some tasks rewarding Keldeo Candy
  • Event Collection Challenges rewarding XP, Stardust and Premium Battle Passes
  • Once the season ends, Trainers who missed the Tales of Transformation Special Research will be able to encounter Keldeo in a new Special Research after completing Finding Your Voice
