The event has now finished.

A week of costumed Pikachu, split into three back-to-back celebrations that each feature different outfits from past events. From 13 to 20 July, look for them in the wild, in one-star raids and as Field Research rewards, many with a chance to be shiny. The event has its own GO Pass, with transfer Candy and Stardust bonuses at its milestones.

Event bonuses

  • Pikachu appear more often in the wild and are easier to catch
  • Celebration 1: 13 July at 10:00 to 15 July at 10:00
  • Celebration 2: 15 July at 10:00 to 18 July at 10:00
  • Celebration 3: 18 July at 10:00 to 20 July at 20:00
  • Event-themed Field Research tasks

GO Pass

Rewards must be claimed by 22 July at 20:00. Extra bonus tasks for the pass may appear during the event.

Tier 1 (Rank 10)

  • 2× Candy for transferring Pokémon (3× with Deluxe)
  • Higher chance of Candy XL for transferring Pokémon for Trainers level 31 and up (even higher with Deluxe)

Tier 2 (Rank 20)

  • 2× Stardust for catching Pokémon (3× with Deluxe)
