Legacy Moves
"Legacy move" gets used for two different things. Strictly, it's a move a Pokémon used to be able to learn and now can't. Players also use it for a move that an ordinary TM won't teach, such as Garchomp's Earth Power, which on this site is marked Elite TM. Both are listed here.
Moves that can't be learned any more
Nothing teaches these now, not even an Elite TM, so the only way to have one is a Pokémon that already knows it.

Moves that need an Elite TM
These Pokémon can still learn these moves, but an ordinary TM won't teach them. You need Elite Fast TM or Elite Charged TM, which lets you choose the move. Events such as Community Day also offer some of them for a limited time. Costumed Pokémon aren't listed, as some can't use Elite TMs.
