What counters Flygon?
The best counter to Flygon is White Kyurem with Ice Fang and Ice Burn, followed by Black Kyurem, Mamoswine (Shadow) and Weavile (Shadow). The best Mega or Primal to bring is Mega Mewtwo Y with Psycho Cut and Ice Beam.
Flygon weaknesses
Flygon is a Ground/Dragon Pokémon, so as a raid boss it is weak to Dragon and Fairy moves, and doubly weak to Ice moves. Avoid Electric, Poison, Rock and Fire moves, which it resists.
