The best counter to Shadow Skarmory is Zekrom (Shadow) with Charge Beam and Fusion Bolt, followed by Reshiram (Shadow), Thundurus (Therian Forme) and Heatran (Shadow). The best Mega or Primal to bring is Mega Delphox with Fire Spin and Mystical Fire+.
