The best counter to Skarmory is Reshiram (Shadow) with Fire Fang and Fusion Flare, followed by Zekrom (Shadow), Regieleki and Heatran (Shadow). The best Mega or Primal to bring is Mega Delphox with Fire Spin and Mystical Fire+.
