The best counter to Shadow Magmar is Kyogre (Shadow) with Waterfall and Origin Pulse, followed by Groudon (Shadow), Rhyperior (Shadow) and Garchomp (Shadow). The best Mega or Primal to bring is Mega Greninja with Water Shuriken and Surf+.
