A Raid Day on Sunday 31 August with Mega Gyarados appearing more often in Mega Raids, and a better chance of a shiny Gyarados. Extra free Raid Passes from Gyms and a higher Remote Raid Pass limit make it a good afternoon to raid repeatedly for Mega Energy and shinies. A paid ticket adds more passes and better raid rewards.
