A one-day Hatch Day on Saturday 8 August built around Smoochum and Magby, which hatch far more often from 2 km Eggs and have a better chance of being shiny. Larvesta can also hatch from 5 km Eggs, and free Timed Research gives an extra Incubator, so it is a good day for hatching Eggs.
