The best counter to Regidrago is Eternatus with Dragon Tail and Dynamax Cannon, followed by Black Kyurem, White Kyurem and Haxorus (Shadow). The best Mega or Primal to bring is Mega Rayquaza with Dragon Tail and Breaking Swipe.
