The best counter to Kubfu is Mewtwo (Shadow) with Confusion and Psystrike, followed by Deoxys (Normal Forme), Moltres (Shadow) and Rayquaza. The best Mega or Primal to bring is Mega Mewtwo Y with Psycho Cut and Future Sight+.
