The best counter to Necrozma is Dawn Wings Necrozma with Shadow Claw and Moongeist Beam, followed by Darkrai (Shadow), Tyranitar (Shadow) and Hydreigon (Shadow). The best Mega or Primal to bring is Mega Houndoom with Snarl and Dark Pulse+.
