The best counter to Phantump is Reshiram (Shadow) with Fire Fang and Fusion Flare, followed by Salamence (Shadow), Moltres (Shadow) and White Kyurem. The best Mega or Primal to bring is Mega Rayquaza with Air Slash and Dragon Ascent.
