The best counter to Psyduck is Thundurus (Incarnate Forme) (Shadow) with Thunder Shock and Wildbolt Storm, followed by Zekrom (Shadow), Regieleki and Thundurus (Therian Forme). The best Mega or Primal to bring is Mega Raichu Y with Thunder Shock and Zap Cannon+.
