The best counter to Diglett is White Kyurem with Ice Fang and Ice Burn, followed by Kyogre (Shadow), Black Kyurem and Greninja (Shadow). The best Mega or Primal to bring is Mega Greninja with Water Shuriken and Surf+.

Diglett weaknesses

Diglett is a Ground Pokémon, so as a raid boss it is weak to Water, Grass and Ice moves. Avoid Electric, Poison and Rock moves, which it resists.
