What counters Palkia?
The best counter to Palkia is Eternatus with Dragon Tail and Dynamax Cannon, followed by Haxorus (Shadow), Garchomp (Shadow) and Dialga (Origin Forme). The best Mega or Primal to bring is Mega Rayquaza with Dragon Tail and Breaking Swipe.
Palkia weaknesses
Palkia is a Water/Dragon Pokémon, so as a raid boss it is weak to Dragon and Fairy moves. Avoid Fire, Water and Steel moves, which it resists.
