What counters Azelf?
The best counter to Azelf is Dawn Wings Necrozma with Shadow Claw and Moongeist Beam, followed by Darkrai (Shadow), Tyranitar (Shadow) and Hydreigon (Shadow). The best Mega or Primal to bring is Mega Chandelure with Hex and Ominous Wind+.
Azelf weaknesses
Azelf is a Psychic Pokémon, so as a raid boss it is weak to Bug, Ghost and Dark moves. Avoid Fighting and Psychic moves, which it resists.
