The best counter to Paras is Blacephalon with Incinerate and Mind Blown, followed by Reshiram (Shadow), Salamence (Shadow) and Moltres (Shadow). The best Mega or Primal to bring is Mega Rayquaza with Air Slash and Dragon Ascent.

Paras weaknesses

Paras is a Bug/Grass Pokémon, so as a raid boss it is weak to Poison, Rock, Bug and Ice moves, and doubly weak to Flying and Fire moves. Avoid Ground, Grass, Fighting, Water and Electric moves, which it resists.
