The best counter to Monferno is Mewtwo (Shadow) with Psycho Cut and Psystrike, followed by Deoxys (Normal Forme), Rayquaza and Moltres (Shadow). The best Mega or Primal to bring is Mega Mewtwo Y with Psycho Cut and Future Sight+.
