The best counter to Entei is Kyogre (Shadow) with Waterfall and Origin Pulse, followed by Groudon (Shadow), Rhyperior (Shadow) and Greninja (Shadow). The best Mega or Primal to bring is Mega Greninja with Water Shuriken and Surf+.
