The best counter to Shadow Aipom is Keldeo (Resolute Form) with Low Kick and Secret Sword, followed by Blaziken (Shadow), Lucario and Conkeldurr (Shadow). The best Mega or Primal to bring is Mega Mewtwo X with Counter and Dynamic Punch+.
