The best counter to Mew is Dawn Wings Necrozma with Shadow Claw and Moongeist Beam, followed by Darkrai (Shadow), Hydreigon (Shadow) and Tyranitar (Shadow). The best Mega or Primal to bring is Mega Chandelure with Hex and Ominous Wind+.

Mew weaknesses

Mew is a Psychic Pokémon, so as a raid boss it is weak to Bug, Ghost and Dark moves. Avoid Fighting and Psychic moves, which it resists.
