Sweet Swarm

Sweet Swarm is a short research event from 3 to 6 August that centres on Combee and Swirlix, both with a better shiny chance. Field Research runs throughout, alongside two Timed Research stories, one for each Pokémon. Lure Modules last longer, so it is a good time to use them.

Event bonuses

• Lure Modules activated during the event last for one hour
• Lure Modules are more likely to attract event-themed Pokémon
• Better chance of shiny Combee and Swirlix
• Field Research tasks that give encounters with Combee and Swirlix
• Timed Research from 3 to 4 August: a Swirlix encounter, 3,000 Stardust and 25 Pinap Berries. Rewards must be claimed by 4 August at 23:59
• Timed Research from 5 to 6 August: a Combee encounter, 500 XP, 3,000 Stardust and a Lure Module. Rewards must be claimed by 6 August at 23:59
