Kyurem Fusion Raid Day

Reshiram, Zekrom, Black Kyurem and White Kyurem take turns as raid bosses on the afternoon of Saturday 10 January, and beating the fused Kyurem gives you a chance to catch Kyurem as well as Fusion Energy. That energy fuses Kyurem with Zekrom or Reshiram. A fused Kyurem that knows Glaciate unlocks the Freeze Shock or Ice Burn Adventure Effect, so the day is worth playing if you want either fusion or these legendaries' signature moves.

Event bonuses

• Reshiram, Zekrom, Black Kyurem and White Kyurem appear more often in raids, switching every half hour: Reshiram and Black Kyurem first, then Zekrom and White Kyurem
• A chance to catch Kyurem after defeating Black Kyurem or White Kyurem, which also give Volt or Blaze Fusion Energy
• Up to 5 extra free Raid Passes from spinning Gym Photo Discs (6 in total)
• Better chance of shiny Reshiram, Zekrom and Kyurem from raids
• Reshiram from raids knows Fusion Flare and Zekrom knows Fusion Bolt; Kyurem may know Glaciate
• Remote Raid Pass limit raised to 20 from 9 January at 17:00 to 10 January at 20:00 PST
